nach monatelanger intensiver und freudiger Arbeit an dieser Webseite zusammen mit unserer Webdesignerin bin ich sehr glücklich, dass nun alles soweit vollendet ist. Heute am 9.9.2016
ist zudem der Erscheinungstag von Shrimati Radharani, ein äußerst glücksverheißender Tag
für die Premiere unseres Forums und dieser Webseite als Ganzes.
Anstelle von Verhaltensregeln möchte ich einfach alle TeilnehmerInnen höflich darum bitten,
nett zueinander zu sein und auch bei Meinungsverschiedenheiten – die naturgemäß immer irgendwann bei Diskussionen auftreten werden – stets den guten Ton zu wahren.

In the Upanishads there is a description of various types of pleasures. The first one described there is manushyananda, „mortal bliss“.
- Manushyananda, mortal bliss = 1 unit of bliss of a human being = a young person who is healthy, has no problems and is ruling all over the world.
- 100 times more than that is the bliss experienced by gandharvas.
- 100 times more than that is the bliss experienced by deva-gandharvas.
- 100 times more than that is the bliss experienced by devas.
- 100 times more than that is the bliss experienced by ajana devas.
- ….
Like this, there is a list given of various blisses. In the end, it is described that beyond this highest bliss is the bliss of paramesthi, or Lord Brahma, because he is living on the highest planet.
However, he [Rupa Gosvami] says that the bliss of Brahman realization cannot be described anymore in words. All the other blisses can be compared. But there is no comparison between the bliss of Lord Brahma and the bliss of Brahman realization. Therefore, it is said there that yatho vacan nivartante:
From there,
the speech returns
along with the mind,
not able to fathom how many times it is.
If you try to compare it „how many times more is the bliss of Brahman realization“, then he says yatho vacan nivartante, „speech cannot describe it, nor can the mind conceive it“. It is so much more wonderful and it is of a different category. But even this is anantyam va, the wifes of Krishna are saying that „we do not want even that“. And even harer padam, the planet of Lord Hari „that also we do not want (which means salokya, sarishti … all these types of liberation), we are not interested in it“. So it is going right from human pleasure, up to Brahma, then Brahman realization and then to the Vaikuntha planets. But they [Krishna‘s wifes] say
„None of these we want. But there is something which we are interested in.“
„Then what is that which you desire?“
„We are only interested in carrying the dust from the feet of this Krishna Who is our husband. That is the only thing we want, if you can put that dust on our head.“
